This event will honor the courageous crew-members of Air Evac 122 and Air Evac Lifeteam 158 who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to others. Pilot Russell Haslam, Flight Nurse Adam Tebben, and Flight Medic Steven Fitzgerald of N295AE will forever be remembered for their selfless dedication. The memorial run, scheduled for April 20th, 2024, at 1100 hours at AE 122’s Hangar in Weatherford, OK, invites participants to join in person or virtually.
