As a dedicated advocate for frontline first responders' mental health, I've led transformative initiatives as Founder and CEO of Mind the Frontline. With over two decades of experience spanning clinical education, EMS leadership, and frontline emergency response, I've driven innovation in research, education, and well-being for healthcare, military, and public service professionals. From spearheading critical care courses to managing air medical transport bases, my diverse background uniquely positions me to address the intersection of mental health and emergency response. As a host, I am eager to share insights and strategies to support the holistic well-being of our frontline heroes.
Brett Zingarelli
Asst. Director of Peer Support | MTFL
I started in EMS in high school in 1996 as an EMT. Brett went into the Army in 1998 as a medic. I've worked for the City of Wilmington, DE, through various contracted agencies since 2002. I have also worked various side jobs as a paramedic and a chef. I've been involved in CISM for about 20 years. I completed all of the ICISF CISM classes and got my board certification in CISM in 2022. My full-time job is mental health (Peer support), community outreach, and education supervisor for my agency.
